On-time Delivery Guarantee
Let's face it. Event planning is already stressful enough, and the last thing anyone wants is for the event to start late. Know one knows this better than Jump and Slide.
At Jump and Slide, we offer an On-time Delivery Guarantee.
Requirements to meet the guarantee:
1. Adequate power is on-site to ensure equipment can be up and operational before the event starts. We can provide generators if needed at an additional charge, but they must be rented before the event takes place. Site visits can also be purchased if you would like a member of our team to come take a look at the site of the event and verify power requirements and any onsite limitations.
2. A minimum of a two (2) hour window for delivery and setup will be needed. Larger events will take more time and some may need to be set up the day prior. A member of our team will coordinate this with you.
3. Acts of God such as an instance of uncontrollable natural forces in operation do not occur.
