Cancellation Policy

 

Home Parties:

The customer may cancel for weather reasons prior to the driver unloading the equipment. Once the vehicle is unloaded, payment in full is required.


Events:

The customer may cancel for weather reasons prior to the delivery vehicle leaving our warehouse at no charge.

For cancellations received after our vehicle has left the warehouse, the customer is responsible for reasonable time, travel, and labor costs.


Customer Pickups:

A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve equipment. No refunds after the equipment is picked up.


If you can't return on time:

•  Call for assistance by 11am.

•  $75 fee (per unit) for us to pick up within 25mi. of our office.

   Fee will be higher if distance is greater than 25mi.

•  $75 per day fee (per unit) for unauthorized late returns.
